Late answer, but i'm new here.

To get to lvl 2, you need to finish 6 lvl1 games, or to finish 3 lvl1 games and get more than 21 points.

You must have finish 2 as you have 38 points. 1 more and u'll get that second lvl.

(all that is theory for me as i'm lvl 1 too for now)
